Our 2011 program has concluded as of the Fast Pitch competition held on the evening of October 3.  The evening was a big success from all perspectives (with one possible exception of wireless service provider satisfaction), with estimated peak attendance of 700 highly engaged innovators, connectors, donors, and investors over the course of the 5 hour event.  Winning finalists, listed by the amount of each award, with the track in which they competed, are below.

Connections Lead to Impact

Viva Farmsone of the largest networks of farm internships in the world, won big from a monetary perspective, and even bigger from a connection perspective.  Here's one of the co-founder's comments:

“We found that the value of participating in the Fast Pitch far exceeded the value of the generous cash prize: the value of the relationships we developed and the feedback & support we received from our SIFP mentors & audience members was immeasurable.”
